Terms and Conditions

These are the terms and conditions by which we supply products to you.

Please read these terms carefully before you place your order. These terms tell you how we will provide products to you, how you and we may change or end the contract, what to do if there is a problem and other important information. If you think that there is a mistake in these terms, please contact us to discuss.

 

Products

Our products do not contain any of the major allergen groups but may have been packed in an environment where these ingredients are present.

 

Payment

We accept the following forms of payment:

  • Mastercard
  • American Express
  • Google Pay
  • Apple Pay

Upon submitting your order details, you are making an offer to us to purchase the item(s) you have specified in your order form. We reserve the right to refuse your offer should it be necessary.

 

In the event of Spyced needing to issue a refund, we will endeavour to credit your account within 7 – 10 working days.

 

Ordering and cancellation of orders

Your Order Confirmation is a record of our agreement to deliver the products ordered and paid for in full. If someone else made the Order on your behalf, you agree that such person acted as your agent.

 

Amendments to the content of your order can be made if the team receive and respond to an email before the item(s) has been posted. You will be invoiced or refunded for the outstanding amount.

 

Ordered can be cancelled if reasonable notice is given (within two hours of the order being placed). We will endeavour to issue a refund to your credit card account within 7-10 working days.

 

Delivery

All parcels sent within the UK and ROI are not tracked, or signed for, and are sent 2nd or 1st class post via Royal Mail, depending on the option you selected at check out. Please allow 2-3 days working days from date of dispatch for 1st class and 3 – 7 days for 2nd class.

 

Delivery charges

Items are charged at £3.35 2nd class and £4.45 1st class in line with standard Royal Mail charges for small parcels. Customers are free to choose which postage service meets their requirement.

 

Delivery times

Our goal is to provide timely delivery and we will to dispatch within three days (usually earlier).

 

Returns policy

Due to the fact our product is a food item, our goods are exempt from being returned. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with our product, please contact us with your concerns, where we shall be happy to discuss the issue on a case by case basis.

 

All of our products are shipped within three working days (usually earlier).

 

If your order does not arrive within ten working days, please contact us immediately so we can help rectify the situation.

 

Damaged items

If you have reason to believe that any of your food items have been damaged or tampered with in transit, please contact us to discuss your concerns. Whilst we are not responsible for any damage caused during transit, we will be happy to discuss each case individually.
